How do I track my order?

When an order is placed and the shipping label is created, you will be provided your shipping information via email that will allow you to track your package. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.

When will my order arrive?

We ship all orders received before 3:30 pm EST on the same day and your order should be delivered within 1-5 business days depending on where it is traveling. We do our best to ensure the delivery process is quick and seamless for our customers.

How Big is the BUZZBOXX?

We’ve designed BUZZBOXX to be big enough to carry all the essentials while being lightweight and compact to fit in your hand and pocket. BuzzBoxx is bigger than a lighter but smaller in height than your iPhone. It weighs less than an ounce so you won’t even notice it’s there.

Is BUZZBOXX actually waterproof & odorproof?

It is as close as it can be! We used a special sealing mechanism which protects against water and traps odor inside. Small manufacturer differences could lead to these features being impacted and if that happens to you, we are more than happy to replace your device if you email us at support@nekktar.com or reach out with our Contact Us page.

Can I travel with my BUZZBOXX?

BuzzBoxx was designed to leave the house with you, wherever you go. We encourage you to follow the rules and regulations wherever you are and that is up to your discretion.

What should I do if a magnet comes loose?

Unfortunately, there is an occasional device that will lose a magnet but we are happy to replace your device immediately, just email us at support@nekktar.com or reach out with our Contact Us page.

Do you ship to all of the United States?

Yes we do. Despite the current state of federal legalization, we are a non-plant touching ancillary product and thus do not face the same restrictions. We are able to ship to you wherever you are!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. However, "Free Shipping" promos do not apply to international shipping orders.

Is my order shipped and delivered discreetly?

Yes! We understand that you might want your package to be discreet so we have taken the steps to ensure that our branding is removed from exterior packaging. Your discretion is essential to us and you will feel comfortable and confident ordering Nekktar products.

However, due to laws and various customs regulations, and international inspections, the waybill label must contain written information about the sender, which comes in tiny letters.
